Telemarketing VA (Malaysia) Catalyst Outsourcing MYR 20 per hour Exclusively for candidates based in Malaysia. Industries: Finance+Insurance & Property We are looking for motivated and confident Telemarketing Virtual Assistants to support our clients across the Finance+Insurance, and Property industries. Successful candidates will be endorsed to clients based on their experience, skills, and the client's requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, finance, insurance, banking, real estate, property, or other customer-facing sales roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment. Good English communication skills. Chinese Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and reliable. Experience using CRM systems or customer databases is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients. Introduce and explain finance, insurance, or property-related products and services. Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication. Schedule appointments for financial consultants, insurance advisors, or property agents. Update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM. Meet daily and monthly call and performance targets. Follow company policies and client-specific guidelines.
