Join a real estate team as a Video Editing VA focused on turning raw footage into polished short-form and long-form content. You will own the editing workflow from assembly through final export, producing platform-ready videos that align with brand standards and support a steady monthly content output. Key Responsibilities Edit raw footage into long-form and short-form video for social and video channels Add captions, b-roll, transitions, and motion graphics to support the narrative Produce platform-specific cuts for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and YouTube Sync audio, balance levels, and apply colour correction across clips Maintain organised project files, source assets, and version history Export final videos in the correct resolution, aspect ratio, and format for each platform Incorporate revision notes and feedback into successive edit rounds Key Performance Indicators Video turnaround time per edit First-pass approval rate and revision rounds per project On-time delivery against the content calendar Adherence to brand and platform specifications Consistent output of about 20-30 videos per month Typical Deliverables Edited long-form videos ready for publishing Platform-specific short-form cuts with captions Organised project files and exported deliverables Colour-corrected, audio-synced final renders What We're Looking For You can transform raw footage into polished video content that is ready to publish You are confident editing both long-form and short-form videos, with a strong focus on short-form output You have a good eye for captions, pacing, b-roll, transitions, and motion graphics that support the story You work carefully with audio sync, audio balancing, and colour correction across clips You stay organised with project files, source assets, exports, and version history You are responsive to feedback and can incorporate revision notes into updated edit rounds You can manage a steady workload of about 20 hours per week, or roughly 80 hours per month You are…
