Video Editing VA

Join a real estate business as a Video Editing VA focused on turning raw footage into polished, brand-aligned content for multiple social and video platforms. You will own the editing workflow for both long-form and short-form videos, helping deliver a steady output of two videos per week while keeping files organised and edits on schedule. 10hr/week only - 2 short form videos per week. Key Responsibilities Edit raw footage into long-form and short-form video for business channels Add captions, b-roll, transitions, and motion graphics to support the narrative Produce platform-specific cuts for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and YouTube Sync audio, balance levels, and apply colour correction across clips Maintain organised project files, source assets, and version history Export final videos in the correct resolution, aspect ratio, and format for each platform Incorporate revision notes and feedback into successive edit rounds Key Performance Indicators Video turnaround time per edit First-pass approval rate and revision rounds per project On-time delivery against the content calendar Adherence to brand and platform specifications Consistent output of 2 videos per week Typical Deliverables Edited long-form videos ready for publishing Platform-specific short-form cuts with captions Organised project files and exported deliverables Colour-corrected, audio-synced final renders What We're Looking For Proactive in managing edits and moving projects forward Fast and efficient without sacrificing quality Able to receive instructions clearly and apply them accurately Comfortable bringing ideas forward and innovating within the edit Organised in handling project files, source assets, and version history Reliable with a weekly capacity of 10 hours and able to support a 6-month engagement
