Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping VA to support a Singapore-based client with routine bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is proficient in Google Workspace and TunaiPro, with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.
This is a remote, part-time role requiring approximately 40 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain financial transactions using TunaiPro
Organize and update bookkeeping records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
Reconcile bank transactions and financial records
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for financial monitoring and reporting
Organize financial documents using Google Drive
Use Google Sheets to update bookkeeping trackers and reports
Follow up on missing invoices, receipts, or financial information when required
Support the preparation of basic financial summaries and reports
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or finance administration
Proficiency in TunaiPro is required
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Docs
Good understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to organize financial documents and maintain accurate records
Good communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
Availability for 40 hours per month
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Singapore-based businesses
Familiarity with Singapore bookkeeping practices and financial documentation
Experience with bank reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable processes
