Join a finance-focused business as a part-time Telemarketing VA supporting outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and day-to-day admin coordination. You will own warm and cold outreach, lead qualification, CRM updates, and follow-up activity, while helping keep the sales pipeline moving and freeing up 20 hours per week across telemarketing and operational support. Key Responsibilities Place warm and cold outbound calls and emails through assigned prospect and lead lists. Qualify prospects against set criteria before passing them on. Book and confirm appointments, consultations, or demos for the sales team. Handle objections and rejections on calls to keep qualified prospects engaged. Log every call outcome, note, and disposition accurately in the CRM. Work the follow-up pipeline by re-contacting prospects who have not yet committed. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets. Scrape potential leads and partners worldwide to support business development. Handle admin work that supports telemarketing and operations activity. Support the operations side of the business by helping keep outreach and admin tasks organised and moving.
