What the interview asks
How do you make sure your records are accurate? Say you double-check entries and match them to receipts and bank statements.
What accounting software or Excel skills do you have? Name the tools you've really used and what you did in them.
What would you do if the bank balance doesn't match your books? Say you'd compare line by line, find the gap and fix the entry.
How do you handle many deadlines at month-end? Describe a simple checklist and doing the urgent tasks first.
Most posts ask for a college course in accounting, bookkeeping or business, though some accept senior high school graduates with training.

Prepare a resume, a valid ID, NBI clearance and your SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN numbers.
