  1. Can you lift heavy items and stand for long hours? Answer honestly and mention you know how to lift safely.
  2. Can you work night shifts, overtime or weekends? Say what you can really do, because they plan the schedule around it.
  3. What would you do if the count doesn't match the receipt? Recount, then report the difference to your supervisor right away.
  4. Why do you want to work in a warehouse? Give a real reason, like the location, steady work or liking active jobs.

How to get hired

  1. Most posts ask for at least a senior high school diploma, and some accept lower.
  2. Prepare a resume, a valid ID and your government numbers like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN.
  3. Expect to be asked for an NBI clearance and a medical certificate before you start.
  4. Apply in person at the warehouse or online through company career pages and job sites.
  5. Expect a short interview and sometimes a physical check or trial day.
