YouTube Content Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic YouTube Content Manager to oversee our client's YouTube content from concept to publication. The ideal candidate is passionate about YouTube, understands what makes videos perform well, and can develop engaging content that attracts and retains viewers. This role goes beyond simply posting videos—you will be responsible for researching content ideas, writing compelling scripts, planning the content calendar, and scheduling uploads while ensuring every video is optimized for growth. Key Responsibilities Research trending topics and generate engaging YouTube content ideas. Develop a content strategy aligned with the brand's goals and target audience. Write high-quality, engaging, and well-structured video scripts. Plan and maintain a consistent YouTube content calendar. Upload and schedule videos according to the publishing schedule. Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and other metadata for YouTube SEO. Coordinate with video editors and thumbnail designers to ensure content is published on time. Monitor channel performance using YouTube Analytics and provide recommendations for improvement. Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Continuously improve audience engagement, watch time, and subscriber growth. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience managing YouTube channels or creating YouTube content. Proven experience in content ideation and scriptwriting. Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm and best practices. Knowledge of YouTube SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. Excellent English communication and writing skills. Highly organized with strong project and time management skills. Able to work independently and proactively suggest new content ideas.
