Join a real estate team as a Telemarketing VA focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting from Malaysia. You will own consistent outreach across warm and cold lead lists, keep follow-ups moving, and help turn existing leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct warm and cold outbound calls through assigned prospect and lead lists Call existing Meta ad leads and older lead lists to re-engage interest and move prospects forward Qualify prospects against set criteria and identify genuine buying interest Handle common objections and reposition the offer to keep conversations moving Book and confirm appointments, consultations, or demos in the calendar Log every call outcome, disposition, and next step in the CRM Work the follow-up pipeline by re-contacting prospects who have not yet committed Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets Key Performance Indicators Outbound calls made and connected decision-maker conversations Lead qualification rate and appointment booking rate Appointment confirmation and show-up rate CRM disposition accuracy and call logging completeness Typical Deliverables Consistent daily outbound calling activity from Malaysia Qualified, booked appointments passed to the sales team Confirmed calendar bookings with reduced no-shows Accurate CRM call dispositions and follow-up records What We're Looking For Confident telemarketing ability with a strong phone presence Chinese-speaking communication skills for prospect conversations Comfortable working through both warm and cold lead lists Able to qualify interest, handle objections, and keep calls productive Organised in managing follow-ups and maintaining a steady pipeline Reliable with CRM updates, detailed call logging, and accurate dispositions Target-driven and consistent with daily and weekly outreach activity Comfortable working part-time at 20 hours per week over a long-term engagement
