What the interview asks
How do you keep a client happy over a long time? Give real habits, like regular check-ins, quick replies and telling them problems early.
Tell me about a time a client was angry. What did you do? Use a real story: listen first, fix the problem, then follow up.
How would you handle many accounts at the same time? Talk about lists, calendars and a CRM, and how you decide what is urgent.
How would you sell more to a client who already buys from us? Say you would learn what they need first, then suggest something that fits.
Most posts ask for a bachelor's degree, often in business, marketing or a related course.
Many employers want some experience in sales, customer service or client support.
Prepare a resume, a valid ID, NBI clearance and your SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN numbers.
Apply on job sites or company career pages, then expect two or three interview rounds.
Some employers ask you to present a short sample account plan or handle a role-play with a client.
What the work is like
You spend your day on calls, emails and meetings, usually in an office or from home. The hard part is juggling many clients with different demands while still hitting targets.
