  1. Why do you want to work in sales? Say what you like about talking to people and reaching goals, with a real example.
  2. How would you handle a client who says the price is too high? Ask what they need, then show the value before you talk about a discount.
  3. How do you keep track of many clients at once? Mention a simple system: a spreadsheet or CRM, reminders and a daily to-do list.
  4. Tell us about a time you missed a target. Be honest, say what you learned and what you changed after.

How to get hired

  1. Most posts ask for a college degree in business, marketing or a related course. Some accept sales experience instead.
  2. Prepare a resume, a valid ID, NBI clearance and your government numbers: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN.
  3. Apply on job sites or the company's own career page, and tailor your resume to each post.
  4. Expect one or two interviews, and sometimes a short sales pitch or role-play.
