What the interview asks
Tell me about a problem you solved with data. Pick one real example: the problem, what you checked, what you suggested, what changed.
How do you gather requirements from a busy manager? Say you prepare questions first, keep meetings short, then send a written summary to confirm.
What would you do if two departments want different things? Explain you'd bring them together, find the real goal and share the tradeoffs.
What tools do you use for analysis and reports? Name the tools you really know, like Excel, SQL or a dashboard tool, and give one example.
