What the interview asks

  1. Tell me about a project you managed from start to finish. Pick one real project. Say the goal, your role and the result.
  2. What do you do when a project is running late? Say you find the cause, tell the client early and fix the plan.
  3. How do you handle a team member who is not delivering? Talk to them first, find out why, then offer help or adjust the work.
  4. How do you keep a project within budget? Mention tracking costs weekly and flagging changes before they grow.
