How to get hired Most posts ask for at least a senior high school diploma and that you're 18 or older. Prepare a resume, a valid ID and your government numbers such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN. Some employers also ask for an NBI clearance and a medical certificate, so get them ready. Apply in person or online. Many stores hold walk-in hiring days and post openings on their own pages. Expect a short interview, a simple math check and sometimes a trial shift. What the work is like You stand at the counter for most of the shift, and the evening rush and sale days are the hardest part. Shifts rotate, so you may open one week and close the next.
