A resume objective you can adapt

Skills employers ask for

What the interview asks

  1. Which social media accounts have you managed or grown? Name the page, what you posted and what changed, even if it was a small or personal page.
  2. How do you plan a month of content? Explain your steps: goals, themes, a calendar, then posting and checking results.
  3. What would you do if a post got angry comments? Stay calm, reply politely, take it to private messages and tell your boss.
  4. How do you know a post worked? Mention reach, comments, shares and clicks, and how you'd use them for the next post.
