Skills employers ask for

What the interview asks

  1. Tell me about a campaign you ran and what happened. Pick one real campaign, say your goal, what you did and the result.
  2. How do you know if a campaign is working? Name the numbers you watch, like sign-ups, clicks or sales, and why.
  3. How do you handle a team member who misses deadlines? Talk to them first, find the problem, then agree on a clear fix.
  4. What would you do with a small budget and a big goal? Say you would pick one or two channels and test small before spending more.
