What the interview asks
Tell me about yourself. Keep it short: your school, any work, and why you want to do calls.
Can you work night shifts, weekends and holidays? Answer honestly. Many accounts run at odd hours and the schedule is planned around it.
What would you do if a customer shouted at you? Stay calm, say sorry, listen fully, then offer a fix or call your team leader.
How do you handle a question you can't answer? Say you'll check, use your tools, and ask a senior or team leader if needed.
Most posts ask for at least senior high school or some college, plus good English.
Prepare a resume, a valid ID and your government numbers: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN.
Apply online or at walk-in hiring days. Many companies test your English and typing on the same day.
Expect a voice test, a short interview and sometimes a mock call.

What the work is like
You sit with a headset for the whole shift, taking one call after another. The hard part is staying patient with upset callers while keeping your pace up, and shifts often rotate.
