  1. How do you decide what to do first when everything is urgent? Explain how you ask what matters most and sort tasks by deadline.
  2. Tell me about a time you handled a mistake at work. Pick a small real example, say what you fixed and what you changed.
  3. How would you handle confidential information? Say you don't share it, even casually, and you store files safely.
  4. What would you do if two managers asked for help at the same time? Say you'd tell both the real timing and ask them to agree on priority.

How to get hired

  1. Most posts ask for a college degree, often in business or office administration, though some accept strong experience.
  2. Prepare a resume, a valid ID and your government numbers like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN.
  3. Bring NBI clearance and a medical certificate if the company asks for them.
  4. Apply on job sites or company career pages, and tailor your resume to each post.
  5. Expect a short interview and sometimes a typing, Excel or writing test.
