What the interview asks
How do you keep track of many tasks at once? Describe a real system, like a to-do list, a calendar or reminders on your phone.
What would you do if two managers gave you urgent tasks at the same time? Say you'd tell both, ask which is more urgent, and let them agree on the order.
How comfortable are you with Excel and Word? Name what you can really do, like formulas, tables or mail merge. Don't overclaim.
How do you handle private information? Say you keep it to yourself and only share it with people who need it for their work.
Most posts ask for at least a senior high school diploma, and many prefer college units or a degree.
Prepare a resume, a valid ID and your government numbers like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN.
Apply online or send your resume directly to companies. Small offices often hire through referrals too.
Expect a short interview and sometimes a simple typing, Excel or writing test.
Bring an NBI clearance and medical certificate when they ask, usually after the job offer.
