What the interview asks
Why do you want to work in a pharmacy? Name something real, like your interest in health or helping people.
What would you do if you were unsure about a medicine question? Say you would not guess and would ask the pharmacist.
How do you stay accurate when the store is busy? Describe checking each item twice before you hand it over.
Can you work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays? Answer honestly, because stores plan the schedule around it.
Most posts ask for at least a senior high school diploma, and some prefer a health-related course.
Consider TESDA's Pharmacy Services NC III, which some employers like to see.
Prepare a resume, a valid ID, NBI clearance, a medical certificate and your SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN numbers.
Apply at drugstores in person or through online job posts.
Expect a short interview and sometimes a trial day at the counter.
