What the interview asks
Tell me about a time you led a team. Give one real example: what the goal was, what you did and how it ended.
What would you do if a staff member is always late? Say you talk to them privately first, listen, then follow the company rules if it continues.
How do you handle a customer who wants to speak to the manager? Listen first, try to fix it yourself, and call the manager only if you can't.
What would you do if the cash or stock count doesn't match? Say you recount, check the records, then report it honestly and write it down.
