What the interview asks
Why do you want to work in real estate? Give a real reason, like helping families find a home, and show you know the market.
How would you find your first clients? Mention people you know, social media and referrals, and say you'd follow up often.
Can you work weekends and evenings for viewings? Answer honestly. Most viewings happen when clients are off work.
What would you do if a client said no after many viewings? Stay calm, ask what was missing and keep the door open for the next listing.
