How to get hired Most posts ask for at least a senior high school diploma, and many prefer some college. Prepare a resume, a valid ID and your government numbers such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN. Employers may ask for an NBI clearance and a medical certificate once you pass the interview. Apply online or walk in. Expect a short interview, and sometimes a role play where you sell an item to the interviewer. What the work is like You spend the day talking to people, by phone, online or face to face, and you may travel to meet customers.
