Start each line with what you did. Keep the ones you've really done.
Checked patients' vital signs and recorded them accurately in the chart
Gave medicines and injections on time, following the doctor's orders
Assessed patients on admission and noted changes in their condition
Cleaned and dressed wounds using sterile technique
Reported urgent changes in a patient's condition to the doctor right away
Taught patients and their families how to take medicines and care for themselves at home
Followed infection control rules, including handwashing, gloves and safe disposal of sharps
Handed over patient updates clearly to the next shift during endorsement

What the interview asks
Why did you choose nursing? Share a real reason, like a family member you cared for or a ward you trained in.
Can you work night shifts, weekends and holidays? Answer honestly, because hospitals plan the duty roster around it.
What would you do if a patient's condition suddenly got worse? Check the patient, call for help, tell the doctor and chart what happened.
What would you do if you made a mistake with a medicine? Say you would tell your senior nurse and the doctor right away, and write it down.
Most posts ask for a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
You pass the Nurses Licensure Examination, which is given by the PRC.
Bring your resume, a valid ID, your PRC license and your government numbers such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN.
Most employers also ask for an NBI clearance and a medical certificate.
Apply online or in person, then expect an interview and sometimes a skills check.
